14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right. In cases of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. As our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item for a refund and then place a separate order for the new item as soon as your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your purchase is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging—and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at lana.onda@icloud.com.
